Cookie Policy

bMotion Technologies Corp, a Delaware corporation doing business as Poppins Learning (“Poppins Learning,” “we,” “us”), uses cookies and similar technologies on poppinslearning.io, on the parent account at app.poppinslearning.io, and in the Poppins Learning mobile apps. This Policy explains what we use them for and how you control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

1. What these technologies are

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. Some are deleted when you close the browser, others last for a set period. Some are set by us, others by a service we rely on, such as our payment processor. Pixels and, inside mobile apps, SDKs do a comparable job. We say “cookies” below to cover all of them.

2. Strictly necessary

These make the product work: keeping you signed in, processing a payment, preventing fraud, catching errors so we can fix them, and remembering the cookie choices you already made. They are never used for advertising. Turning them off would stop you from signing in or paying, so we do not offer a way to switch them off.

3. Optional cookies

These load when you arrive on our pages. Section 5 explains how to block them, remove them, and opt out.

Analytics. Which pages get read, which buttons get used, how a sign-up flows. We look at this in aggregate, to find what is confusing and fix it. Providers: Google Analytics, HubSpot, PostHog, Customer.io, the Intercom support messenger, and involve.me for our reading quiz.

Advertising, on poppinslearning.io only. Whether an ad led someone to visit or subscribe, and reaching people who have already visited us. None of this runs in the child experience. Providers: Meta.

4. The child experience

No advertising technology is present in the experience a child uses. The apps use only what is needed to run, stay stable, and show us which features get used. They collect technical information such as device type and session length. They never send health, diagnosis, or assessment information to an advertising platform.

Where a school licenses Poppins Learning for its students, student data is governed by our agreement with that school and by the student-privacy terms of our Privacy Policy, not by the choices on this page.

5. Your choices

• Your browser. Every major browser can block cookies, delete them, or warn you before one is set. This is the control that works today on every category below strictly necessary.
• Advertising platforms. You can turn off personalized advertising directly with each platform, through Google Ad Settings (myadcenter.google.com) and Meta Ad Preferences (facebook.com/adpreferences). Clearing cookies in your browser does not undo a choice you made there, and a choice made there does not delete cookies already stored on your device.
• Opting out with us. Our website does not yet act on the Global Privacy Control signal automatically. Email privacy@poppinslearning.io, and we will opt you out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and confirm when it is done.
• Your other rights. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights over your personal information. Those are described in our Privacy Policy, along with how to use them.
