01Which funding sources can we use?Most schools braid a federal formula stream (Title I-A, IDEA Part B, or Title IV-A) with a state literacy/dyslexia or local MTSS source. Confirm allowable uses and cycles with your SEA. We're glad to help your team map it.
02Will Poppins Learning meet our evidence requirements?Poppins Learning's evidence base includes one peer-reviewed randomized trial (Scientific Reports, 2025). We share an evidence-alignment memo and the published study so your team can confirm the fit for your specific funding program.
03Can we use Medicaid?No, Poppins Learning is an educational intervention, not a Medicaid-billable service. Fund it through education streams. A school-based Medicaid program is a separate conversation with that office.
04What does it cost?Introductory pricing is about $95 per student seat per year for Tier 2/3 intervention. We'll share exact figures and the seat-vs-site structure during the demo.
05Which students is Poppins Learning for?Students in grades K-6 who need additional reading support, small intervention groups, MTSS Tier 2/3 cohorts, or a broader pilot. It’s designed to amplify your existing reading intervention, not replace it. (Support for grades 7-8 is on our roadmap.)
06How do you handle student data privacy, rostering and devices?We’ll provide a signable data privacy agreement and can speak to FERPA, COPPA, and state student-privacy laws; rostering and single sign-on (Clever, ClassLink, Google) are supported. Students use Poppins Learning on a tablet or smartphone (iOS or Android) with headphones. Tell us about your device setup (including Chromebooks) in your demo request.
